Mercury Insurance Names the Most Affordable New Trucks to Insure

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (August 17, 2021) – New vehicle shoppers continue to gravitate towards trucks with pickup sales exceeding car sales last spring and the trend shows little sign of slowing down. Mercury Insurance (NYSE: MCY), a leading auto insurer in California and provider of auto insurance in 10 other states, has put together a list of the most affordable new trucks to help consumers find a vehicle that will save them money on insurance.

Mercury’s research and development team examined 2021 model year (MY) trucks that are available at car dealerships today to compile this list[1].
